Terms of Service
Version 1.1 — in force from 12 August 2026.
These terms are a contract between you and us. They are written to be read, not to be survived; if any part of them is unclear, that is our fault and it will be read in your favour.
1. Who we are
Deklarify is operated by "SYNTOPIA" EOOD („СИНТОПИЯ" ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208876257, with its registered address at Chayka district, bl. 9, entr. B, fl. 3, apt. 25, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. VAT number BG208876257, held under Art. 97a of the Bulgarian VAT Act — a limited registration for cross-border services, not a standard VAT registration.
Contact: office@syntopia.bg. We answer email; there is no phone line.
"We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means you, the person using the site. The site is deklarify.com.
2. What Deklarify is
Deklarify publishes reports about publicly listed companies. Every figure in a report is either taken directly from a regulatory filing that company made, taken from a licensed market-data feed, or calculated from those two. Nothing is estimated, forecast, or supplied by an analyst.
The filings come from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system. Share prices come from a licensed market-data provider.
Where software writes prose. The figures and every reading of them in a company report are produced by fixed rules, not by a language model. One place on the site does use one: the paragraph describing the day on the market dashboard is written by a small language model from figures that were already computed before it ran. It describes those figures and nothing else.
3. What Deklarify is not
This is the most important section in this document. Read it.
Deklarify provides general educational information about publicly listed companies. Reports contain historical information from identified public filings, licensed market-data sources, and calculations based on those inputs.
Reports are not personalised to you and do not take account of your financial situation, objectives, experience, holdings, or risk tolerance. Deklarify does not provide a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, and does not provide personalised investment advice or an investment service.
The reports do not state what any security is worth, predict its future price, or suggest an investment strategy. Historical information and calculations may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and must be checked against the underlying sources.
SYNTOPIA EOOD is not an investment firm and is not authorised by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (Комисия за финансов надзор) to provide investment services. Nothing on the site creates an adviser-client, broker-client, or agency relationship. Investment decisions remain your responsibility, and you should obtain regulated professional advice where appropriate.
4. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18. You must not be a person or entity that we are prohibited from dealing with under applicable sanctions law.
5. Your account
The free half of every report needs no account. To open a full report, you need an account: give us an email address and either choose a password or sign in with Google.
We confirm your email address. If you register with a password, we send you a confirmation link and full reports stay closed until you follow it. If you sign in with Google, the address is treated as confirmed through Google. You can request a new confirmation link at any time.
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at office@syntopia.bg if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
An account whose email address has not been confirmed may be claimed by someone who later proves control of that address through Google. If that happens, the Google identity is attached to the account, the existing password stops working, existing sessions are ended, and the account passes to the person who proved control of the address. We do not separately ask for approval from the unconfirmed account before this happens. What the previous holder read is not passed on: the reports that account had opened are deleted as part of the claim.
Confirming your email address prevents this unverified-account claim process from being used. If the address has already been confirmed, a Google sign-in using that address does not automatically take over the account.
You can close your account yourself from your account page. You can also download a copy of your account data before doing so. Closing the account deletes the account and its data from our active systems, subject to any limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. You can also contact us at office@syntopia.bg if you need help closing it.
See the Privacy Policy for more information about deletion and retention.
6. Free reports
Every account may open three new companies each calendar month, free.
What is counted is companies, not visits. Once you have opened a company's full report, it remains available to your account and opening it again does not use another monthly allowance.
Your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. Your account page shows how many new companies you can still open that month and when the allowance resets.
7. What you may not do
Don't:
- Copy, republish, redistribute, resell, or systematically extract our reports or any part of them. The market-data licence we buy does not permit us to let you, so this one is not negotiable.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the site, or try to get at reports without opening them the normal way.
- Share an account, or resell access to one.
- Try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to anything of ours.
- Reverse-engineer how the site works, except where law says you may.
- Use the site to break any law, or to do anything that would make us break one.
Reading reports yourself, and quoting a figure with attribution, is fine. That is what it is for.
8. Who owns what
The reports, the site, the calculations behind them, the design, and the name Deklarify are ours or our licensors'.
The underlying filings are public documents and nobody owns them, including us. Our work is the collection, the calculation and the presentation.
Opening a report gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read it for as long as your account exists. You are not buying the report itself.
9. Accuracy — please read this too
We take the figures from official filings and we do the arithmetic carefully. We do not warrant that any of it is correct.
Filings get restated. Companies file late, file wrong, or file in a format we read imperfectly. Our own code has bugs. Prices can be stale. A report may be missing figures entirely for a company whose filings we cannot parse.
The reports are provided as-is. Before you act on any figure, check it against the company's own filing — every report tells you which filing it came from, precisely so that you can.
If you spot something wrong, please tell us. We will fix it.
10. Availability
We do not promise the site will be up, and we do not promise it will stay as it is. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including reports and whole features, at any time.
11. Suspending or closing your account
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe the account is being used fraudulently or to attack the site.
We will tell you why, unless telling you would itself be unlawful.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, none of this section takes away your statutory rights.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any investment decision you make, or for any money you lose making it. Section 3 explains why: we are publishing information, not advising you.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you for everything else, taken together, is limited to €50.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your rights — what the service is, cancellation, liability — we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may close your account if you do not accept it.
Minor changes take effect when published. The version and date at the top of this document always tell you which version you are reading.
14. Law, and what to do if we fall out
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
Email us first — office@syntopia.bg. Most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather sort it out directly.
If that fails, consumers in Bulgaria may take a complaint to the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) or to an approved alternative dispute resolution body. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use their own national ADR body.
(The EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer a route. Do not add a link to it.)
15. The rest
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given it up.
These terms, plus the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business is sold, and we will tell you if that happens.
